This bread has everything but the kitchen sink in it!! There's stone-ground wheat, wheat germ... ground oatmeal, regular oatmeal, and stone-ground oatmeal.... ground flaxseed and whole flaxseeds.... 5-grain cereal... sunflower seeds, sesame seeds....
........... my kids call this "Jesus bread" because they say it looks like something Jesus would eat with all the seeds and different textures.
I used the same recipe as the last loaf of bread, I just altered it. Oh and it probably would've risen higher except I tried to split the top and that deflated it a bit. Oh well, it's still delish.
This is what it looked like just before I brushed it with a beaten egg and added extra seeds and then popped it in the oven.
