Danny and Ciji made these awesome sandwiches for us when we went over to watch the Saints football game with them.

It's grilled chicken, roasted eggplant, mozarella cheese and diced tomatoes, onions, etc on a ciabatta bread... toasted in the oven.... with some kind of homemade mayonnaise type stuff that Ciji made. It was really good. But I think my ultimate favorite was the roasted garlic hummus Ciji made. That was really awesome. Tiff also made a Spicy Buffalo dip... mmm mmm good!!!
All that celebrating and I don't even understand football!! heehee Oh well.
Just before the game was over Danny had to go to work... Brent stayed to wait for Blake to get off of work... and Tiffany and Ciji winded up coming shopping with us at the mall. That was great fun! I had a hard time keeping up with those girls even though they were wearing HEELS!!
